Terms of service

These terms explain the boundary between an independent planning guide and the services supplied by event organisers, venues and travel providers.

Who publishes the site

socialsproutvaultbx.asia is published by Alder Lane Editorial Ltd., with its registered correspondence address at Office Suite, 14 King Street, Bristol BS1 4EF, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] for questions about these terms. They govern your use of this publication to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not wish to use the site on this basis, you may stop browsing it.

Editorial scope and booking decisions

The site supplies general cultural information and comparisons. It does not sell admission, reserve accommodation, provide travel services or act as an agent for any event. An external link identifies a source; it does not imply affiliation, endorsement or responsibility for the linked service.

The guides explain established formats and planning trade-offs, not confirmed schedules. Programmes, ticket conditions, accessibility arrangements and venues can vary. Consult the relevant organiser before making a commitment. Any contract you make with a ticket seller, venue or travel provider is separate from your use of this site and is governed by that provider’s terms.

Descriptions and selection criteria are editorial judgements, not measured rankings or claims of personal attendance. Illustrations are visual interpretations rather than documentary evidence. Content is not individual legal, medical or financial advice; use an appropriately qualified professional where your circumstances require one.

Your responsibilities

Use the site lawfully and without interfering with other visitors or its operation. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload the service or misrepresent yourself as the publisher. Correspondence must not contain threats, unlawful material or information you lack permission to share.

The contact form prepares an email draft in your own application. You remain responsible for checking the recipient and message before sending. Preparing a draft is not proof of delivery, and the site does not offer an automatic submission receipt or promise a response within a fixed period.

Intellectual property and contributions

Original text, layout and artwork are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may read, link to and make personal reference copies of the pages. Wider reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission unless a legal exception applies. Preserve attribution when quoting, and do not present altered material as our unmodified work.

Event names and other third-party identifiers belong to their respective rights holders. Their editorial use does not grant a licence to reproduce those organisations’ assets. If you submit a correction or suggestion, you retain rights in your original expression while allowing us to assess the information and use the underlying factual correction. We will not treat private correspondence as permission to publish a personal testimonial.

Availability, liability and termination

We may change, remove or temporarily suspend content, and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the completeness of every external source. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or respond to misuse. There is no visitor account to terminate; you can end your use by leaving the site and clearing local preferences.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for indirect losses or business losses arising from reliance on general editorial material or independent third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without removing any right a consumer has to bring proceedings in another competent court under applicable law.

If a concern arises, email a clear description and the relevant page address so we can consider it. Informal discussion is encouraged but is not a condition that prevents you from exercising legal rights. Any alternative dispute process would need an appropriate basis and agreement where required. Changes to these terms will be published here and will not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
